We're a non-profit in South Western Sydney that supports young people and vulnerable communities through outreach, safe spaces, and NDIS access.

Here's a look at what we've been up to in the community:

✔ The Big Campbelltown Sleepout: a Campbelltown city youth interagency initiative supporting and raising money for youth homelessness in Macarthur

✔ Youth Hub Open Day: opening our doors and welcoming young people to see what we're about

✔ Community Care Packs:  getting essentials out to people doing it tough

✔ Street Outreach: out where young people are, meeting them where they are

We believe community is one of the most powerful things a person can have. When you're going through it, whether you're sleeping rough, struggling to make ends meet, or just need somewhere to land, who shows up matters.

That's what TCI is about. Showing up.

From the Youth Hub to street outreach, hampers, and homelessness support, we meet people where they are.  No judgment.  Just people who care, doing the work.

We don't do this alone. We partner with NDIS providers, local councils, health services, child protection, and community organisations across South Western Sydney, because one connection can change everything.
