We believe in long-term change, not quick fixes. That’s why we stay when others step back.

Youth Services

Supporting Youth With Care That Counts
At The Collective Initiative, we show up for young people wherever they're at, through our free Youth Hub drop-in space, Community Care Packs, NDIS support, outreach, and transitional housing pathways (coming soon.)

We're also proud Sub-Committee members of The Big Campbelltown Sleepout by Campbelltown City Council, raising funds to tackle youth homelessness in our region. We don't just deliver services, we advocate for change.

Who it’s for:
Young people experiencing homelessness, family separation, or out-of-home care, and anyone needing a safe space or extra support to stay connected and on track.

NDIS Access Support

Helping People Understand,
Apply For, And Manage NDIS Plans
We walk alongside individuals who are struggling to access or navigate the National Disability Insurance Scheme. From gathering documentation and understanding eligibility to developing plans and linking participants with providers, our team ensures no one is left behind in the process.

We also continue to support participants after plan approval, offering guidance with renewals, reviews, and provider selection.

Who it’s for:
People with disability experiencing disadvantage or facing barriers to NDIS access, particularly those from low-income or marginalised communities.

Essential Living Support

Meeting Basic Needs In
Moments Of Crisis
When someone is in survival mode, accessing food, clothing, hygiene products, or medical supplies becomes urgent. We distribute essential items directly to those who are homeless, at risk, or unable to access these necessities on their own.

This support ensures no one is left without the basics required for dignity and wellbeing.

Who it’s for:
Youth, carers, and individuals facing poverty, homelessness, or critical need.

The Collective Initiative acknowledge all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, the traditional custodians of the land on which we gather, work and live. We pay our respects to elders, past, present and emerging. May we all work towards reconciliation and always recognise their continual connection to land, water and community.
